The Raising Amazing People program, better known as R.A.P, is one of Plainfield Area YMCA’s many distinguished programs. R.A.P began in 1987 as a response to the enormous need for stable, safe, and loving homes for children involved in the DYFS system due to abuse and neglect cases. R.A.P is the only foster care program offered at a YMCA in New Jersey!

Although the faces have changed, the R.A.P mission remains the same...If you have space in your home & love in your heart we have an amazing opportunity for you…
